kaiは、葉山・一色海岸にあり、隠れ家的場所として日本の横乗り文化黎明期から息づく空間です。

2025年12月に次世代に継承と文化維持を目的としたオープンしました。

アート、本、プロダクトを軸にトークショー、展示などが定期的に行われ、ここでは、意図しない

出会いと解釈の揺らぎが自然に立ち上がるはずです。

それぞれのリズムで空間を感じ、自分なりの関わり方を見つけて行って欲しいと考えています。

Kai is a secluded spot on the coast of Isshiki, Hayama, a place that has been a vital part

of the board sports culture since its early days. It opened with the aim of passing on this

culture to the next generation. Talk shows and exhibitions centered around art, books,

and products are held regularly, and here, unintended encounters and shifts in

interpretation are sure to arise naturally. We hope that you will feel the space at your

own pace and find your own way of engaging with it.
